The Berndes 63663 9.5" Cucinare Induction Stainless Steel SautéPan can be used on any cookware surface but is specifically designed for induction cooking surfaces, which heat 60 percent faster than other stovetops. This deep saute pan has a 3 quart capacity. Made from mirror polished 18/10 stainless steel, it's both energy efficient and highly scratch resistant, and it features an encapsulated thick aluminum base for even heat distribution. The lid is made from 4mm thick tempered glass and features an air vent as well as stainless steel knob and finger guard. The cast aluminum handle is durably riveted to the cookware, and the long handle features a hole for hanging. Dishwasher safe, though hand washing recommended.
