The 4G Armband works great with both 20 and 40 gig (Fourth generation only) click wheel iPods. For a 20 gig ipod, we recommend you stick the foam spacer (included) onto the back of the iPod holder part. This item features a Clear skin. USAGE: Insert iPod into skin. Place armband around upper arm and tighten velcro strap. Snap-in iPod with the skin on. Wrap extra cord around ipod and secure with headphone clips.
